Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on the property. Resident must complete a Pet Addendum and pay the $300.00 non-refundable pet fee In addition, Resident will be obligated to pay a monthly pet fee of $40.00 as additional rent. Resident is not permitted to have any animal or pet in the premises or at the Community without Owner’s prior written consent. Resident will be assessed a $500.00 fine (in addition to the $300.00 non-refundable pet fee) for having an unregistered pet at the Community. In addition, Resident will be in default under the Agreement if Resident has an unregistered pet at the Community. All permitted pets must be leashed at all times outside of the Resident’s apartment and are not permitted in the courtyards or common areas, except for access to and from the Resident’s apartment. No animals other than dogs or cats, are allowed. All pets must have all veterinarian recommended vaccines, and Resident will, upon Owner’s request, provide evidence of such vaccinations. 320 West Mag does not allow the following breeds: Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Akitas,Bull Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids or any dog mixed with a restricted breed. Pet weight limit of 40 lbs, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment
